Wow it's looking great! I've heard it's much cheaper to plant the grass rather than lay sod. I didn't know it would grow so fast, that's awesome! I love the tree as well, what kind is it? Our neighborhood has a code that you have to have at least two trees in your yard and I have been wondering what type to get because I know nothing about them. I'm so excited to see how your yard turns out and get advice from you!

I LOVE your family pictures, they are amazing and you all look gorgeous!

Your yard was looking great the other night, your house is darling! My number 1 advise for putting in a yard...plant lots of trees. Even if you think you can't afford it, do it because you will be so glad a few years down the road!!!

Oh so cute. Things are really starting to come in. I love all the tiny trees. Weird to think that in a blink of an eye Trae will be 18 and your trees will be huge. Judging by the mountain range I'm thinking your live in South Weber... am I right?

It looks great! I am jealous. We have our whole yard to do still, and it's so overwhelming! We put in the yard at our old house, and it is sooooo much work (not to mention ExPeNsIvE)! I don't think we'll even get started till next spring. Uuugh.

I'm jealous! We really need to get busy on ours, but being on the side of a mountain, we have tonz of rocks to set & walls to retain! I love your japanese maple too- so cute!

Yay for you. I think your yard is looking great. I hate the yard. The outside is Trents responsibility and the inside is mine. Maybe I hate the outside because I have no idea what to do. Teach me.
