I thought it would be fun to post that 9 years ago today Mp and I had our very first date. Wow!! almost a decade ago! Crazy. The picture below is technically our second date because who really takes pics on a first date anyways. haha-jk. So this was our second date which was the Valentines dance at Northridge. and yes I'm still smitten all these years later!!

That's right!!! our cute little townhouse is officially on the market. We have decided that since interest rates and the prices of homes has become more affordable, it has tempted us to find a new home! We are very excited but also kinda sad at the same time because this is our first home and we have loved it! So if you know of anyone that is interested in a cute townhome, please let them know!!! Wish us luck on our new adventure!

6 mOnTh cHecK uP for t~bAbY!

{ This last week our lil munchkin tRAe had his 6 month check up. He now weighs 19 pounds 3 ounces and is 27 1/2 inches tall. He's huge! and still in the 90th percentile! Doc says he's doing great. She also said his weight gain may start to slow down by his 9 month check up cause he is becoming more active, and that he is! He is now sitting up all by him self, it's so cute~! He loves to sit up and play with his toys. He has also started eating yummy baby food, (loves carrots!) and loves sitting in his high chair! For a while it seemed like he was loosing all of his cute dark hair but in the last couple of weeks it has grown like a weed, it's coming in so thick and cute like his daddy's! I love it! tRAe is so much fun and we love watching him grow........ except it goes soooo fast!!!}

nEw YeArS 2009 ! !

{ I love this time of year when you look back at the last year and think what has happened and what you have accomplished. This year was good to us as we both finished school, got new careers, and welcomed our first little baby boy! We are excited to start a new year full of goals and new dreams!............ Happy New Year ya'll!!}

{ This New Years we celebrated the evening with friends, the wii, games, sparkling cider, food, and Carson Daly. It was nice to get together and kinda just chill for a night! We had lots of fun and missed those that couldn't make it! }
