Hey! how's the house hunting? Have you moved in with Michael Paul's parents yet? That builder you told me about sounds really nice! It would be nice to have all the upgrades included in the price of the home--but then again it would probably make it so we couldn't afford it. We were originally going to build one of their new budget home plans but we realized that after we added everything back in that we wanted it would be the same price as the one we liked in their regular homes which come standard with a ton more upgrades. We decided to focus getting the structural upgrades we can afford and then settling on cosmetic details we can always change later.
Rory really wanted a rambler, so that's what we are building. I personally don't mind a two-story. It will be kind of small at first but then we can always finish the basement. What about you guys? You should check into Woodside! I think you maybe said something about not wanting to move out west, but there are locations other places I think. Well, let me know how it goes and what you guys decide! It's so fun!
